How to find the information

Use the Treasurer-linked Property Tax Payment/Search entry with tax year and parcel number. The search form itself was inspected without requesting an account result. The displayed parcel format is ##-######. For an existing delinquent real-property report, year-by-year account history or current payoff, call the Teton County Treasurer at 307-733-4770. Specify parcel/account identifiers if known, tax years, desired as-of date, real-property scope and preferred electronic-copy or inspection format. Request a fee estimate for any copies, export or certification before ordering. Published office email: propertytax@tetoncountywy.gov.

What to ask for

“I am looking for publicly available delinquent real-property tax records for Teton County for [tax year]. Which office maintains these records? Is there an online search or downloadable list? If not, how can I request a copy, and what fees apply?”

Have the property address, parcel number, owner name, and tax year ready when searching for a particular property.

County-specific notes

Property Tax Payments and Delinquent Tax Sale Information & Provisions are separate county guidance pages. A sale-information document and a payment search do not establish a complete countywide unpaid-file download. The portal posts nightly search/payment maintenance from 11:00 PM to 3:00 AM; that scheduled window does not establish a permanent service outage. Reviewed status concerns source/access instructions, not certification of taxpayer balances. No taxpayer search, payment, registration or records-request submission was performed, and no owner-level rows are included.

An independent directory, not a government agency.

We help you locate records; we do not store taxpayer lists, determine delinquency, collect taxes, or sell tax liens. Confirm balances, payment status, deadlines, and fees with the responsible office. A tax-sale list is not a complete list of delinquent accounts.
