How to find the information

Use the county-linked Property Tax Search. The inspected form offers owner name, account number, parcel ID, property address, legal description, bill number and tax year. The county says the tax information is updated nightly. For an existing delinquent real-property report, year-by-year account history or current payoff, call the Platte County Treasurer at 307-322-2092. Specify parcel/account identifiers if known, tax years, desired as-of date, real-property scope and preferred electronic-copy or inspection format. Request a fee estimate for any copies, export or certification before ordering.

What to ask for

“I am looking for publicly available delinquent real-property tax records for Platte County for [tax year]. Which office maintains these records? Is there an online search or downloadable list? If not, how can I request a copy, and what fees apply?”

Have the property address, parcel number, owner name, and tax year ready when searching for a particular property.

County-specific notes

For specific payoff information or payment histories, the county explicitly directs users to the Treasurer at 307-322-2092. Nightly data can lag transactions. The separate Tax Lien Sale page advertises a Delinquent Listing for 7/9/2026, a past offering rather than a current full unpaid roll. Reviewed status concerns source/access instructions, not certification of taxpayer balances. No taxpayer search, payment, registration or records-request submission was performed, and no owner-level rows are included.

An independent directory, not a government agency.

We help you locate records; we do not store taxpayer lists, determine delinquency, collect taxes, or sell tax liens. Confirm balances, payment status, deadlines, and fees with the responsible office. A tax-sale list is not a complete list of delinquent accounts.
