Search county property-tax recordsHow to find the information
Use Online Services and choose iTax, labelled Park County Property Taxes and Payments. The inspected form offers Property TaxID, owner name, property address and Geo Code; it asks users to select only one search criterion at a time. For an existing delinquent real-property report, year-by-year account history or current payoff, call the Park County Treasurer at 307-527-8630. Specify parcel/account identifiers if known, tax years, desired as-of date, real-property scope and preferred electronic-copy or inspection format. Request a fee estimate for any copies, export or certification before ordering.
What to ask for
“I am looking for publicly available delinquent real-property tax records for Park County for [tax year]. Which office maintains these records? Is there an online search or downloadable list? If not, how can I request a copy, and what fees apply?”
Have the property address, parcel number, owner name, and tax year ready when searching for a particular property.
County-specific notes
The same Online Services page also links iDoc land recordings, vehicle renewals and a Map Server. Those have different purposes from tax collection history. Cody Treasurer phone is 307-527-8630; Powell assistance is 307-754-8630. Reviewed status concerns source/access instructions, not certification of taxpayer balances. No taxpayer search, payment, registration or records-request submission was performed, and no owner-level rows are included.
