How to find the information

Use the Treasurer’s Property Tax/iTax link. The form offers Parcel Number, owner name and property-address criteria. Direct tax-account and delinquency requests to the Property Tax office at 307-633-4225. For an existing delinquent real-property report, year-by-year account history or current payoff, call the Laramie County Treasurer at 307-633-4225. Specify parcel/account identifiers if known, tax years, desired as-of date, real-property scope and preferred electronic-copy or inspection format. Request a fee estimate for any copies, export or certification before ordering. Published office email: treasurer@laramiecountywy.gov.

What to ask for

“I am looking for publicly available delinquent real-property tax records for Laramie County for [tax year]. Which office maintains these records? Is there an online search or downloadable list? If not, how can I request a copy, and what fees apply?”

Have the property address, parcel number, owner name, and tax year ready when searching for a particular property.

County-specific notes

307-633-4232 is the motor-vehicle contact, not the property-tax line. The county’s newer assessor/parcel viewer is useful for identifying property but does not by itself confirm collection balances or all unpaid years. Reviewed status concerns source/access instructions, not certification of taxpayer balances. No taxpayer search, payment, registration or records-request submission was performed, and no owner-level rows are included.

An independent directory, not a government agency.

We help you locate records; we do not store taxpayer lists, determine delinquency, collect taxes, or sell tax liens. Confirm balances, payment status, deadlines, and fees with the responsible office. A tax-sale list is not a complete list of delinquent accounts.
