How to find the information

Use I Tax – Pay Property Taxes Online from the current Johnson County Treasurer page. The inspected form offers County TaxID, owner name, property address, Geo Code and subdivision criteria. For an existing delinquent real-property report, year-by-year account history or current payoff, call the Johnson County Treasurer at 307-684-7302. Specify parcel/account identifiers if known, tax years, desired as-of date, real-property scope and preferred electronic-copy or inspection format. Request a fee estimate for any copies, export or certification before ordering.

What to ask for

“I am looking for publicly available delinquent real-property tax records for Johnson County for [tax year]. Which office maintains these records? Is there an online search or downloadable list? If not, how can I request a copy, and what fees apply?”

Have the property address, parcel number, owner name, and tax year ready when searching for a particular property.

County-specific notes

The former johnsoncountywyoming.org office route redirects to the new johnsoncowy.gov website. This is Johnson County, Wyoming; similarly named counties in other states use different tax systems. The iTax entry warns that eCheck payments may take up to 10 days to post; a recently submitted payment may not yet appear in online information. Reviewed status concerns source/access instructions, not certification of taxpayer balances. No taxpayer search, payment, registration or records-request submission was performed, and no owner-level rows are included.

An independent directory, not a government agency.

We help you locate records; we do not store taxpayer lists, determine delinquency, collect taxes, or sell tax liens. Confirm balances, payment status, deadlines, and fees with the responsible office. A tax-sale list is not a complete list of delinquent accounts.
