What to ask for
“I am looking for publicly available delinquent real-property tax records for Fremont County for [tax year]. Which office maintains these records? Is there an online search or downloadable list? If not, how can I request a copy, and what fees apply?”
Have the property address, parcel number, owner name, and tax year ready when searching for a particular property.
County-specific notes
The county links both the newer tylerapp and older tylertech iTax routes. The separate Beacon parcel/assessment service does not by itself establish collection or delinquency status. Reviewed status concerns source/access instructions, not certification of taxpayer balances. No taxpayer search, payment, registration or records-request submission was performed, and no owner-level rows are included.
