How to find the information

Use Delinquent Tax Archives and select the required year; the reviewed index advertises annual files from 2020 through 2025. Its certification describes the official record for the year listed, including any redemptions reflected in that record. For an existing delinquent real-estate report, year-by-year account history or current balance, contact the Weber County Treasurer at 801-399-8454. Specify the parcel/account identifier, tax years, report as-of date, real-property scope and preferred electronic-copy or inspection format. Ask which existing record is available and obtain any copy/export or certification fee estimate before ordering. Published office email: treasurer@webercountyutah.gov.

What to ask for

“I am looking for publicly available delinquent real-property tax records for Weber County for [tax year]. Which office maintains these records? Is there an online search or downloadable list? If not, how can I request a copy, and what fees apply?”

Have the property address, parcel number, owner name, and tax year ready when searching for a particular property.

County-specific notes

An annual record is not proof of a current payoff. The Treasurer also links Property Tax Information and tax-notice services; its FAQ says property information includes amounts due and payments received, but no actual taxpayer result was tested. A five-year tax-sale offering and a current delinquency roll cover different populations. Source verification concerns records-access guidance, not a certification of taxpayer balances. No taxpayer query, payment, account registration or records-request submission was performed; no owner-level data are included in this import.

An independent directory, not a government agency.

We help you locate records; we do not store taxpayer lists, determine delinquency, collect taxes, or sell tax liens. Confirm balances, payment status, deadlines, and fees with the responsible office. A tax-sale list is not a complete list of delinquent accounts.
