Where to obtain records
Washington County Treasurer — Real Property Tax Records
County tax office / records-request guidanceContact the office for delinquent property tax records. This guide does not confirm an online search or current bill list.
How to find the information
Use the Treasurer’s office page for its Property Tax Information and Delinquent Tax List links, or contact the office for a current tax-account history and an existing delinquent real-estate report. For an existing delinquent real-estate report, year-by-year account history or current balance, contact the Washington County Treasurer at 435-301-7720. Specify the parcel/account identifier, tax years, report as-of date, real-property scope and preferred electronic-copy or inspection format. Ask which existing record is available and obtain any copy/export or certification fee estimate before ordering.
What to ask for
“I am looking for publicly available delinquent real-property tax records for Washington County for [tax year]. Which office maintains these records? Is there an online search or downloadable list? If not, how can I request a copy, and what fees apply?”
Have the property address, parcel number, owner name, and tax year ready when searching for a particular property.
County-specific notes
The linked Outpost account-information and delinquency application pages could not be inspected in this review, so their controls, data completeness and balances are unconfirmed. This is not proof that those services are unavailable. Recorder property search, a tax estimator and BillTrax payment service are separate routes; a successful payment lookup is not a complete delinquency export. Source verification concerns records-access guidance, not a certification of taxpayer balances. No taxpayer query, payment, account registration or records-request submission was performed; no owner-level data are included in this import.
