How to find the information

Use Delinquent Property Tax Listing and its multiyear publication labeled Updated Weekly. Read the document’s actual as-of date. For the correct payoff, the publication page specifically directs inquiries to 435-657-3217. For an existing delinquent real-estate report, year-by-year account history or current balance, contact the Wasatch County Treasurer at 435-657-3217. Specify the parcel/account identifier, tax years, report as-of date, real-property scope and preferred electronic-copy or inspection format. Ask which existing record is available and obtain any copy/export or certification fee estimate before ordering.

What to ask for

“I am looking for publicly available delinquent real-property tax records for Wasatch County for [tax year]. Which office maintains these records? Is there an online search or downloadable list? If not, how can I request a copy, and what fees apply?”

Have the property address, parcel number, owner name, and tax year ready when searching for a particular property.

County-specific notes

Updated Weekly is the county’s published schedule, not independent verification that every file is refreshed or that a listed parcel remains unpaid. The state directory and general Treasurer page also publish 435-657-3218; this guide uses the specific payoff-information number from the delinquency page. A tax notice or partial-payment allocation is distinct from a complete multiyear history. Source verification concerns records-access guidance, not a certification of taxpayer balances. No taxpayer query, payment, account registration or records-request submission was performed; no owner-level data are included in this import.

An independent directory, not a government agency.

We help you locate records; we do not store taxpayer lists, determine delinquency, collect taxes, or sell tax liens. Confirm balances, payment status, deadlines, and fees with the responsible office. A tax-sale list is not a complete list of delinquent accounts.
