How to find the information

Use Delinquent Tax Search, enter a last name with first initial or a partial name, and select a particular tax year or All Years. The actual name and year controls were inspected, without submitting a taxpayer query. The Treasurer’s Tax Information page separately advertises a report of properties with outstanding taxes from all years. For an existing delinquent real-estate report, year-by-year account history or current balance, contact the Utah County Treasurer at 801-851-8255. Specify the parcel/account identifier, tax years, report as-of date, real-property scope and preferred electronic-copy or inspection format. Ask which existing record is available and obtain any copy/export or certification fee estimate before ordering. Published office email: treasurer@utahcounty.gov.

What to ask for

“I am looking for publicly available delinquent real-property tax records for Utah County for [tax year]. Which office maintains these records? Is there an online search or downloadable list? If not, how can I request a copy, and what fees apply?”

Have the property address, parcel number, owner name, and tax year ready when searching for a particular property.

County-specific notes

The county cautions that a file payoff covers only the years shown and amounts as of the file date. Search-year choices do not prove complete history or a current payoff. The Auditor’s May Tax Sale covers properties at a particular collection stage, not the whole delinquent-account population. Source verification concerns records-access guidance, not a certification of taxpayer balances. No taxpayer query, payment, account registration or records-request submission was performed; no owner-level data are included in this import.

An independent directory, not a government agency.

We help you locate records; we do not store taxpayer lists, determine delinquency, collect taxes, or sell tax liens. Confirm balances, payment status, deadlines, and fees with the responsible office. A tax-sale list is not a complete list of delinquent accounts.
