How to find the information

Use Current Year Delinquent Tax Report and check its linked document. Although the page title says Current Year, the reviewed link’s filename identifies an official 2025 delinquent-tax record; verify the document’s own dates before relying on it. For an existing delinquent real-estate report, year-by-year account history or current balance, contact the Sevier County Treasurer at 435-893-0441. Specify the parcel/account identifier, tax years, report as-of date, real-property scope and preferred electronic-copy or inspection format. Ask which existing record is available and obtain any copy/export or certification fee estimate before ordering.

What to ask for

“I am looking for publicly available delinquent real-property tax records for Sevier County for [tax year]. Which office maintains these records? Is there an online search or downloadable list? If not, how can I request a copy, and what fees apply?”

Have the property address, parcel number, owner name, and tax year ready when searching for a particular property.

County-specific notes

The county also links Tax Account Information. The newer qdocs.sevier.utah.gov Treasurer gateway was accessible in this review, while an older qdocs.sevierutah.net route was not. No account query or historical-completeness check was performed. A tax-sale offering is a separate Auditor service. Source verification concerns records-access guidance, not a certification of taxpayer balances. No taxpayer query, payment, account registration or records-request submission was performed; no owner-level data are included in this import.

An independent directory, not a government agency.

We help you locate records; we do not store taxpayer lists, determine delinquency, collect taxes, or sell tax liens. Confirm balances, payment status, deadlines, and fees with the responsible office. A tax-sale list is not a complete list of delinquent accounts.
