How to find the information

Use the county-linked Property Info Search to open the Treasurer EagleWeb entry. Read its public-entry notice and continue using its available public route; the county-branded gateway and contact were inspected, but downstream search controls and results were not. For an existing delinquent real-estate report, year-by-year account history or current balance, contact the Sanpete County Treasurer at 435-835-2101 ext. 2. Specify the parcel/account identifier, tax years, report as-of date, real-property scope and preferred electronic-copy or inspection format. Ask which existing record is available and obtain any copy/export or certification fee estimate before ordering. Published office email: treasurer@sanpetecountyutah.gov. Published office address: 160 N. Main Street, Suite 206, Manti, UT 84642.

What to ask for

“I am looking for publicly available delinquent real-property tax records for Sanpete County for [tax year]. Which office maintains these records? Is there an online search or downloadable list? If not, how can I request a copy, and what fees apply?”

Have the property address, parcel number, owner name, and tax year ready when searching for a particular property.

County-specific notes

The county also links a 2026 list under 5 Year Delinquent Tax Sale and a separate payment account-selector. That sale-stage list is not every unpaid account. The generic payment portal and the county’s GRAMA request route are separate services; no registration or record request was submitted. Source verification concerns records-access guidance, not a certification of taxpayer balances. No taxpayer query, payment, account registration or records-request submission was performed; no owner-level data are included in this import.

An independent directory, not a government agency.

We help you locate records; we do not store taxpayer lists, determine delinquency, collect taxes, or sell tax liens. Confirm balances, payment status, deadlines, and fees with the responsible office. A tax-sale list is not a complete list of delinquent accounts.
