How to find the information

Use Find Delinquent Property Balance. The inspected page offers an owner-name initial selector and a last-name or business-name search box. Browse by the offered initial or enter the relevant name, then verify the matching property and years. Its live result delivery and full historical scope were not tested. For an existing delinquent real-estate report, year-by-year account history or current balance, contact the Salt Lake County Treasurer at 385-468-8300. Specify the parcel/account identifier, tax years, report as-of date, real-property scope and preferred electronic-copy or inspection format. Ask which existing record is available and obtain any copy/export or certification fee estimate before ordering. Published office email: treasurer@saltlakecounty.gov.

What to ask for

“I am looking for publicly available delinquent real-property tax records for Salt Lake County for [tax year]. Which office maintains these records? Is there an online search or downloadable list? If not, how can I request a copy, and what fees apply?”

Have the property address, parcel number, owner name, and tax year ready when searching for a particular property.

County-specific notes

This is the Treasurer’s delinquent-balance entry, distinct from current-year payment/forecasting and Recorder document searches. A projected payoff date does not schedule a payment. For an existing countywide electronic delinquency report or a current collection balance, confirm the requested as-of date with the Treasurer. Source verification concerns records-access guidance, not a certification of taxpayer balances. No taxpayer query, payment, account registration or records-request submission was performed; no owner-level data are included in this import.

We help you locate records; we do not store taxpayer lists, determine delinquency, collect taxes, or sell tax liens. Confirm balances, payment status, deadlines, and fees with the responsible office. A tax-sale list is not a complete list of delinquent accounts.
