How to find the information

Use Property Tax Search with the parcel and tax-year controls. Complete the displayed human-verification step yourself if prompted, then review the correct parcel and relevant years. Only the entry controls were inspected; no verification challenge or taxpayer query was submitted. For an existing delinquent real-estate report, year-by-year account history or current balance, contact the Rich County Treasurer at 435-793-5155. Specify the parcel/account identifier, tax years, report as-of date, real-property scope and preferred electronic-copy or inspection format. Ask which existing record is available and obtain any copy/export or certification fee estimate before ordering.

What to ask for

“I am looking for publicly available delinquent real-property tax records for Rich County for [tax year]. Which office maintains these records? Is there an online search or downloadable list? If not, how can I request a copy, and what fees apply?”

Have the property address, parcel number, owner name, and tax year ready when searching for a particular property.

County-specific notes

A search for one year does not establish that all older years are paid. The county’s separate 2026 May Tax Sale information covers a particular offering, not all unpaid accounts. A delinquent-only filter, complete history and bulk export were not confirmed. Source verification concerns records-access guidance, not a certification of taxpayer balances. No taxpayer query, payment, account registration or records-request submission was performed; no owner-level data are included in this import.

An independent directory, not a government agency.

We help you locate records; we do not store taxpayer lists, determine delinquency, collect taxes, or sell tax liens. Confirm balances, payment status, deadlines, and fees with the responsible office. A tax-sale list is not a complete list of delinquent accounts.
