Morgan County Treasurer — Real Property Tax Records

County delinquency publication information

How to find the information

The Treasurer page advertises Delinquent Taxes for 2025 as a CSV download, alongside separate property-tax payment options. Check the file’s own tax years and as-of date and request any more recent existing delinquency report from the Treasurer. For an existing delinquent real-estate report, year-by-year account history or current balance, contact the Morgan County Treasurer at 801-845-4032. Specify the parcel/account identifier, tax years, report as-of date, real-property scope and preferred electronic-copy or inspection format. Ask which existing record is available and obtain any copy/export or certification fee estimate before ordering.

What to ask for

“I am looking for publicly available delinquent real-property tax records for Morgan County for [tax year]. Which office maintains these records? Is there an online search or downloadable list? If not, how can I request a copy, and what fees apply?”

Have the property address, parcel number, owner name, and tax year ready when searching for a particular property.

County-specific notes

The publication link and label were identified on the county page; the CSV’s rows and current account status were not independently audited or republished. Some staff email labels point to a different older address, so confirm the written-request email by phone. A dated CSV and a payment service are not a complete live tax-history database. Source verification concerns records-access guidance, not a certification of taxpayer balances. No taxpayer query, payment, account registration or records-request submission was performed; no owner-level data are included in this import.

An independent directory, not a government agency.

We help you locate records; we do not store taxpayer lists, determine delinquency, collect taxes, or sell tax liens. Confirm balances, payment status, deadlines, and fees with the responsible office. A tax-sale list is not a complete list of delinquent accounts.
