Where to obtain records

Juab County Treasurer — Real Property Tax Records

County tax office / records-request guidance

Contact the office for delinquent property tax records. This guide does not confirm an online search or current bill list.

How to find the information

Use the Treasurer office contact for current unpaid years, a tax-account history or an existing countywide delinquent real-property report. The county provides a separate Pay Real Property Taxes route. For an existing delinquent real-estate report, year-by-year account history or current balance, contact the Juab County Treasurer at 435-623-3420. Specify the parcel/account identifier, tax years, report as-of date, real-property scope and preferred electronic-copy or inspection format. Ask which existing record is available and obtain any copy/export or certification fee estimate before ordering.

What to ask for

“I am looking for publicly available delinquent real-property tax records for Juab County for [tax year]. Which office maintains these records? Is there an online search or downloadable list? If not, how can I request a copy, and what fees apply?”

Have the property address, parcel number, owner name, and tax year ready when searching for a particular property.

County-specific notes

The page’s Property Search link opens the Recorder service, not a confirmed Treasurer unpaid-account database. Its tax-payment entry was inspected separately, without an account query. Recorder documents, tax-payment access and the county’s tax-sale offering have different scopes. Source verification concerns records-access guidance, not a certification of taxpayer balances. No taxpayer query, payment, account registration or records-request submission was performed; no owner-level data are included in this import.

An independent directory, not a government agency.

We help you locate records; we do not store taxpayer lists, determine delinquency, collect taxes, or sell tax liens. Confirm balances, payment status, deadlines, and fees with the responsible office. A tax-sale list is not a complete list of delinquent accounts.
