Davis County Treasurer — Real Property Tax Records

County delinquency publication information

How to find the information

Use the Treasurer’s Notice of Delinquent Property Taxes and its separate property-information/search route. The notice’s published text is for 2023 taxes and amounts as of December 15, 2023; ask for updated records if you need a current delinquency file. For an existing delinquent real-estate report, year-by-year account history or current balance, contact the Davis County Treasurer at 801-451-3243. Specify the parcel/account identifier, tax years, report as-of date, real-property scope and preferred electronic-copy or inspection format. Ask which existing record is available and obtain any copy/export or certification fee estimate before ordering. Published office address: P.O. Box 618, Farmington, UT 84025-0618; office: 61 S. Main Street, Room 105.

What to ask for

“I am looking for publicly available delinquent real-property tax records for Davis County for [tax year]. Which office maintains these records? Is there an online search or downloadable list? If not, how can I request a copy, and what fees apply?”

Have the property address, parcel number, owner name, and tax year ready when searching for a particular property.

County-specific notes

The older notice is not a current unpaid-account list. The county also links a map-based property-search application; its landing page was inspected without a parcel query. The Treasurer says payments appear after receipt on its stated update schedule; a mortgage servicer’s claimed payment and the county’s posted payment can occur at different times. Source verification concerns records-access guidance, not a certification of taxpayer balances. No taxpayer query, payment, account registration or records-request submission was performed; no owner-level data are included in this import.

We help you locate records; we do not store taxpayer lists, determine delinquency, collect taxes, or sell tax liens. Confirm balances, payment status, deadlines, and fees with the responsible office. A tax-sale list is not a complete list of delinquent accounts.
