Carbon County Treasurer — Real Property Tax Records

County delinquency publication information

How to find the information

The Treasurer’s county page advertises a 2025 Current Year Delinquent report. Open that dated publication or use its Property Search route to locate the relevant parcel; confirm current unpaid years with the Treasurer. For an existing delinquent real-estate report, year-by-year account history or current balance, contact the Carbon County Treasurer at 435-636-3257. Specify the parcel/account identifier, tax years, report as-of date, real-property scope and preferred electronic-copy or inspection format. Ask which existing record is available and obtain any copy/export or certification fee estimate before ordering.

What to ask for

“I am looking for publicly available delinquent real-property tax records for Carbon County for [tax year]. Which office maintains these records? Is there an online search or downloadable list? If not, how can I request a copy, and what fees apply?”

Have the property address, parcel number, owner name, and tax year ready when searching for a particular property.

County-specific notes

The title refers to the 2025 tax-year publication, not a live 2026 delinquency roll. The separately linked property-search landing page was reviewed, but current collection balances and complete historical coverage were not tested. Source verification concerns records-access guidance, not a certification of taxpayer balances. No taxpayer query, payment, account registration or records-request submission was performed; no owner-level data are included in this import.

An independent directory, not a government agency.

We help you locate records; we do not store taxpayer lists, determine delinquency, collect taxes, or sell tax liens. Confirm balances, payment status, deadlines, and fees with the responsible office. A tax-sale list is not a complete list of delinquent accounts.
