Beaver County Treasurer — Real Property Tax Records
County delinquency publication informationHow to find the information
Use Delinquent Tax Archives and choose the appropriate year. The index advertises annual property-tax lists for 2020 through 2025; select the document’s own year and as-of date. For an existing delinquent real-estate report, year-by-year account history or current balance, contact the Beaver County Treasurer at 435-438-6410. Specify the parcel/account identifier, tax years, report as-of date, real-property scope and preferred electronic-copy or inspection format. Ask which existing record is available and obtain any copy/export or certification fee estimate before ordering.
What to ask for
“I am looking for publicly available delinquent real-property tax records for Beaver County for [tax year]. Which office maintains these records? Is there an online search or downloadable list? If not, how can I request a copy, and what fees apply?”
Have the property address, parcel number, owner name, and tax year ready when searching for a particular property.
County-specific notes
Archived annual lists are historical publications. An account appearing there may have been paid or otherwise changed. Tax Sale is a separate county route, not the full unpaid-account population. Source verification concerns records-access guidance, not a certification of taxpayer balances. No taxpayer query, payment, account registration or records-request submission was performed; no owner-level data are included in this import.
