Where to obtain records

Marshall County Trustee

Search Marshall County property taxes

How to find the information

Open the Marshall County Trustee search. Choose Name and enter the surname first, or choose Address and enter the street number and/or street name. Tax Year / Receipt and Map / Parcel are additional search methods. After the first search, narrow the results to the tax year, choose Real for land and buildings, and filter Payment Status to Unpaid. Open the matching record and review its bill details and payment history.

What to ask for

“I am looking for publicly available delinquent real-property tax records for Marshall County for [tax year]. Which office maintains these records? Is there an online search or downloadable list? If not, how can I request a copy, and what fees apply?”

Have the property address, parcel number, owner name, and tax year ready when searching for a particular property.

County-specific notes

An unpaid filter applies to the records returned by your search. A downloadable countywide delinquent file and complete historical coverage were not established. If a year is missing, ask the Trustee whether it was transferred for court collection. The UT county-office directory lists mctrustee@marshallcountytn.gov for Trustee inquiries.

An independent directory, not a government agency.

We help you locate records; we do not store taxpayer lists, determine delinquency, collect taxes, or sell tax liens. Confirm balances, payment status, deadlines, and fees with the responsible office. A tax-sale list is not a complete list of delinquent accounts.
