View Gibson delinquent-tax sale listsHow to find the information
Under the delinquent-tax sale notice, choose Humboldt or Trenton to download the corresponding spreadsheet. Check its date and jurisdiction. The same page has separate GovEase information for each Chancery Court. For case or sale questions, use the court that handles the property: Trenton 731-855-7639 or Humboldt 731-784-9551.
What to ask for
“I am looking for publicly available delinquent real-property tax records for Gibson County for [tax year]. Which office maintains these records? Is there an online search or downloadable list? If not, how can I request a copy, and what fees apply?”
Have the property address, parcel number, owner name, and tax year ready when searching for a particular property.
County-specific notes
These are sale-specific publications, not a complete live list of unpaid accounts. The Trustee page says tax sales are processed through the delinquent-tax attorney and the two Chancery Courts. Trustee records questions: 731-855-7631.
