How to find the information

Treasurer explicitly offers viewing and paying property taxes through its linked County Taxation service. That entry page exposes an account-key input and search/navigation buttons. Ask the office for any unpaid years, ledger detail or dated payoff not established by the online service.

To request an existing delinquent real-property report, parcel account/payment ledger, bill copy or dated redemption/payoff calculation, provide the county parcel/Tax ID if known, tax years and payable years, desired as-of date and preferred inspection or electronic-copy format. Ask whether the record includes special assessments, tax certificates, interest, penalties and costs. Confirm any copy, certification or extract charge and ask for an existing report rather than assuming the office creates custom lists. A valuation, payment screen, dated publication or tax-deed record does not certify today’s unpaid balance.

What to ask for

“I am looking for publicly available delinquent real-property tax records for Brown County for [tax year]. Which office maintains these records? Is there an online search or downloadable list? If not, how can I request a copy, and what fees apply?”

Have the property address, parcel number, owner name, and tax year ready when searching for a particular property.

County-specific notes

The initial page displays Balance = 0 before an account search; that default is not evidence that a property owes nothing. No name, address, parcel or account query was submitted. No taxpayer query, payment, account registration or records-request submission was made. No taxpayer rows or owner-list attachments are included in this import.

An independent directory, not a government agency.

We help you locate records; we do not store taxpayer lists, determine delinquency, collect taxes, or sell tax liens. Confirm balances, payment status, deadlines, and fees with the responsible office. A tax-sale list is not a complete list of delinquent accounts.
