Beadle County Treasurer / Property Tax
County tax-records access guidanceHow to find the information
Property Taxes links the online tax service and publishes search tips for names, addresses and parcel numbers. Its parcel instructions say to include leading zeroes when the number has fewer than six digits. Use the Treasurer at 605-353-8405 for an existing unpaid-year ledger or missing statement.
To request an existing delinquent real-property report, parcel account/payment ledger, bill copy or dated redemption/payoff calculation, provide the county parcel/Tax ID if known, tax years and payable years, desired as-of date and preferred inspection or electronic-copy format. Ask whether the record includes special assessments, tax certificates, interest, penalties and costs. Confirm any copy, certification or extract charge and ask for an existing report rather than assuming the office creates custom lists. A valuation, payment screen, dated publication or tax-deed record does not certify today’s unpaid balance.
What to ask for
“I am looking for publicly available delinquent real-property tax records for Beadle County for [tax year]. Which office maintains these records? Is there an online search or downloadable list? If not, how can I request a copy, and what fees apply?”
Have the property address, parcel number, owner name, and tax year ready when searching for a particular property.
County-specific notes
These are county-published search instructions. The downstream service returned a JavaScript application shell, so its native search controls and results were not tested. No taxpayer query, payment, account registration or records-request submission was made. No taxpayer rows or owner-list attachments are included in this import.
