How to find the information

Select Real Estate as Search Type and Unpaid as Payment Status. Choose the Tax Year, then use Notice Number, Map Number, Owner Name, Tax ID, Property Address under Search By. For Owner Name, enter the last name first as instructed by the service. Open the matching tax bill and inspect the year, balance and payment details. For an unavailable year or a countywide delinquent file, contact the county office at 864-429-1617.

What to ask for

“I am looking for publicly available delinquent real-property tax records for Union County for [tax year]. Which office maintains these records? Is there an online search or downloadable list? If not, how can I request a copy, and what fees apply?”

Have the property address, parcel number, owner name, and tax year ready when searching for a particular property.

County-specific notes

The county-branded form, real-estate selection and unpaid filter were inspected without submitting a taxpayer query. A complete countywide download and full historical coverage were not established. Union County’s South Carolina office links this county-branded QPayBill service. The service says delinquent taxes can be paid online, oldest taxes first. Its delinquent-tax office lists 864-429-1617.

An independent directory, not a government agency.

We help you locate records; we do not store taxpayer lists, determine delinquency, collect taxes, or sell tax liens. Confirm balances, payment status, deadlines, and fees with the responsible office. A tax-sale list is not a complete list of delinquent accounts.
