Contact Clarendon delinquent-tax office

Contact the office for delinquent property tax records. This guide does not confirm an online search or current bill list.

How to find the information

Call the Clarendon County delinquent-tax office at 803-435-8307. For one account, provide the property address or map/parcel number and tax year. For a broader request, ask for an existing electronic delinquent real-estate account list and state the date range and fields needed. Specify whether you need unpaid accounts, advertised sale parcels, or redemption/account history.

What to ask for

“I am looking for publicly available delinquent real-property tax records for Clarendon County for [tax year]. Which office maintains these records? Is there an online search or downloadable list? If not, how can I request a copy, and what fees apply?”

Have the property address, parcel number, owner name, and tax year ready when searching for a particular property.

County-specific notes

A tax-sale advertisement concerns a particular sale and is not a complete list of every unpaid county account. The office may hold collection records outside its public payment service. Clarendon’s Treasurer page lists Matt Evans at 803-435-8307. The county home page separately carries dated 2026 Delinquent Tax Sale notices; read those dates rather than assuming the general Treasurer page is the full sale list.

An independent directory, not a government agency.

We help you locate records; we do not store taxpayer lists, determine delinquency, collect taxes, or sell tax liens. Confirm balances, payment status, deadlines, and fees with the responsible office. A tax-sale list is not a complete list of delinquent accounts.
