Beaver County Assessment / Tax Claim Office
Official delinquent-record access and collection-jurisdiction guidanceHow to find the information
The combined Assessment/Tax Claim Office describes access to assessment and delinquent records and links Tax Claim Overview & Cost Schedule, Repository List and sale conditions. The office also publishes a Price List Policy and offers requested assessment reports. Ask for the existing unpaid collection ledger and record-specific price rather than treating an assessment report or GovEase sale list as a full delinquency certification.
For an existing record request, identify the parcel/map/control number, municipality, school district, tax years and desired as-of date. Specify the unpaid collection ledger, tax-status/lien certificate, dated sale publication, sale file/result, redemption or stay-of-sale figure, or surplus-distribution record needed. Ask which county, municipal and school levies and later payments/costs are included, and whether another collector holds a component. A tax-status certificate is a records service, not an investment lien purchase. Confirm the custodian and published copy/certification or optional enhanced-access charges before ordering. Request existing records; do not assume a custom countywide extract will be created.
What to ask for
“I am looking for publicly available delinquent real-property tax records for Beaver County for [tax year]. Which office maintains these records? Is there an online search or downloadable list? If not, how can I request a copy, and what fees apply?”
Have the property address, parcel number, owner name, and tax year ready when searching for a particular property.

Sale-stage and redemption rules must be confirmed for the applicable county, statute and case; no statewide deadline is asserted. No taxpayer search, portal login, registration, record request, payment or owner-list republication was performed.
