How to find the information

Use Public Access Search with an account/property identifier or the Name Search field. The office directs name searches in last-name then first-name order, permits partial names and advises omitting punctuation. Use the account and year information in any results to distinguish current bills, older unpaid accounts and lien history. For an existing countywide delinquent real-estate file, a current payoff or a tax-account history, contact the Treasurer at 405-713-1300; specify tax years, the report’s as-of date and requested format, and ask for any copy/export charge before ordering. The Office website button also provides separate delinquency publications and resale navigation.

What to ask for

“I am looking for publicly available delinquent real-property tax records for Oklahoma County for [tax year]. Which office maintains these records? Is there an online search or downloadable list? If not, how can I request a copy, and what fees apply?”

Have the property address, parcel number, owner name, and tax year ready when searching for a particular property.

County-specific notes

The actual Public Access form and its published coverage statement were inspected, without a taxpayer query or balance check. The Treasurer page separately advertises a 2026 lien docket, 2026 personal-property publication, September 2026 publication and 2026 resale publication; these have different scopes and were not downloaded. The Active Resale Accounts page displayed The Oklahoma County Resale Is Complete when reviewed October 27, 2026, so it is not presented as an upcoming auction or a complete current unpaid list. Assessment and mortgage-tax contacts are separate from this Treasurer collection number.

We help you locate records; we do not store taxpayer lists, determine delinquency, collect taxes, or sell tax liens. Confirm balances, payment status, deadlines, and fees with the responsible office. A tax-sale list is not a complete list of delinquent accounts.
