How to find the information

Open the Johnston Tax Roll Inquiry and use Select Search Order to choose an identifier such as Owner Name, Street Address, Property/Parcel ID or Tax ID/Item #. Set From Tax Year and To Tax Year using the offered years or All Years. Tick Show Unpaid Taxes Only, enter the chosen search criteria and submit. Review the matching account, Type and year; confirm whether older unpaid years or special assessments are also present. For a current collection balance or an existing countywide delinquent real-estate file, contact the Johnston County Treasurer at 580-371-3082. Specify the tax years, real-estate versus personal-property scope, and the report’s as-of date; ask for an electronic copy or inspection route and any copying/export cost estimate. The published office email is treasurer@johnstoncountyok.gov. The Office website button opens this county’s treasurer information and published document navigation.

What to ask for

“I am looking for publicly available delinquent real-property tax records for Johnston County for [tax year]. Which office maintains these records? Is there an online search or downloadable list? If not, how can I request a copy, and what fees apply?”

Have the property address, parcel number, owner name, and tax year ready when searching for a particular property.

County-specific notes

The public form controls and published treasurer contact were checked; no taxpayer search, payment, account registration or current-balance verification was performed. Tax-year choices do not prove that every record for those years is present. The unpaid-only checkbox is a search control, not verification of a complete countywide delinquent real-estate dataset. Review the result’s Type and tax year; personal-property accounts, real estate, tax liens, resale offerings, county-owned inventory and excess proceeds cover different records. A past sale/list entry is not a current payoff balance. The office navigation advertises June 2026 Resale. Only the landing-page labels/links were reviewed; document contents, current availability and continued delinquency of any listed parcel were not verified.

An independent directory, not a government agency.

We help you locate records; we do not store taxpayer lists, determine delinquency, collect taxes, or sell tax liens. Confirm balances, payment status, deadlines, and fees with the responsible office. A tax-sale list is not a complete list of delinquent accounts.
