How to find the information

Use Cleveland’s Tax Account Search and enter an account number, owner name or property address in its keyword box. Review the correct parcel/account and the relevant years rather than assuming a paid bill clears every year. For an existing countywide delinquent real-estate file, payment history or current account balance, call the County Treasurer at 405-366-0217 and specify tax years, record type and the report’s as-of date. Ask for the available electronic-copy or inspection route and any charge estimate. The Office website button opens the Treasurer’s guidance, Documents & Downloads and Tax Sales navigation.

What to ask for

“I am looking for publicly available delinquent real-property tax records for Cleveland County for [tax year]. Which office maintains these records? Is there an online search or downloadable list? If not, how can I request a copy, and what fees apply?”

Have the property address, parcel number, owner name, and tax year ready when searching for a particular property.

County-specific notes

The county-government office page, linked Treasurer site and actual keyword search control were inspected. The current office page names Tammy Richards; an older association directory still names a former Treasurer, so that directory was not used for this guide’s current office details. The Treasurer site’s June 9, 2026 online resale announcement concerns a past sale, not a live current delinquent list. No taxpayer query or current payoff was checked. A resale offering, payment-history entry, unpaid balance and a complete countywide export cover different records.

An independent directory, not a government agency.

We help you locate records; we do not store taxpayer lists, determine delinquency, collect taxes, or sell tax liens. Confirm balances, payment status, deadlines, and fees with the responsible office. A tax-sale list is not a complete list of delinquent accounts.
