Clermont County Treasurer
Official tax-record access and collection-stage guidanceHow to find the information
Use Real Estate Tax Search linked to the Auditor’s website. The Treasurer says delinquent bills will not be mailed in 2026 and directs readers to the Auditor or staff for amounts. For delinquent real estate/manufactured homes and foreclosure inquiries, call 513-732-7715. EscrowCheck concerns bank/mortgage payment submissions and is not a replacement for a collection ledger or foreclosure payoff.
For an existing record request, identify the parcel, municipality/tax district, tax years and desired as-of date. Specify the unpaid collection ledger, dated delinquent publication, tax-lien/certificate record, foreclosure case, sale result, redemption calculation or surplus-proceeds record needed. Ask which taxes, assessments, penalties, interest and legal costs are included, and how later payments are posted. Ask the named office to identify the custodian for court files or excess proceeds. Request existing records and confirm inspection, electronic-copy, certification and extraction charges before ordering; do not assume a custom countywide report will be created.
What to ask for
“I am looking for publicly available delinquent real-property tax records for Clermont County for [tax year]. Which office maintains these records? Is there an online search or downloadable list? If not, how can I request a copy, and what fees apply?”
Have the property address, parcel number, owner name, and tax year ready when searching for a particular property.
County-specific notes
Verified means published access instructions were reviewed, including explicit staff-assisted bill/ledger routes; no taxpayer query was tested. Reviewed October 29, 2026. An annual bill, certified delinquent list, lien sale, foreclosure, property sale, redemption and surplus record have different scope and dates. Confirm tax year versus payment year and later costs with the custodian. No taxpayer search, account registration, records request, payment or owner-list republication was performed.
