Tax statement / collection searchHow to find the information
Property Information explicitly separates assessment/property cards, tax information, parcel mapping and recorded legal descriptions. It describes iTax as providing current/historical valuations and taxes, online payment and a most-recent bill download; its linked iTax entry form was reviewed.
For an existing delinquent real-property report, parcel account/payment ledger, statement copy or dated payoff, provide the parcel/tax ID if known, tax years, desired as-of date and preferred inspection or electronic-copy format. Ask which principal taxes, interest, penalties, special assessments and costs are included and confirm any copy, certification or extract fee. A statement, recorded lien or sale notice does not certify today’s unpaid balance.
What to ask for
“I am looking for publicly available delinquent real-property tax records for Williams County for [tax year]. Which office maintains these records? Is there an online search or downloadable list? If not, how can I request a copy, and what fees apply?”
Have the property address, parcel number, owner name, and tax year ready when searching for a particular property.
County-specific notes
The Property Information page’s Assessor number and Recorder number serve other functions. The Treasurer office phone 701-577-4530 is supplied by the association directory; a property card or general parcel map is not the collection ledger. No account registration, payment, taxpayer search, records-request submission or owner-list attachment download was performed. This import contains access guidance, not taxpayer rows.
