How to find the information

Treasurer links current tax statements and Pay Taxes Online to a reviewed Traill iTax form. The separate Tax Foreclosures page concerns later-stage proceedings and links a foreclosure publication. Request ordinary delinquent-account history from the Treasurer.

For an existing delinquent real-property report, parcel account/payment ledger, statement copy or dated payoff, provide the parcel/tax ID if known, tax years, desired as-of date and preferred inspection or electronic-copy format. Ask which principal taxes, interest, penalties, special assessments and costs are included and confirm any copy, certification or extract fee. A statement, recorded lien or sale notice does not certify today’s unpaid balance.

What to ask for

“I am looking for publicly available delinquent real-property tax records for Traill County for [tax year]. Which office maintains these records? Is there an online search or downloadable list? If not, how can I request a copy, and what fees apply?”

Have the property address, parcel number, owner name, and tax year ready when searching for a particular property.

County-specific notes

The foreclosure page heading says 2025 while its attachment label says 2026; do not assume either represents a current complete unpaid list. The map’s Tax Equalization site is separate from the collection portal. No account registration, payment, taxpayer search, records-request submission or owner-list attachment download was performed. This import contains access guidance, not taxpayer rows.

An independent directory, not a government agency.

We help you locate records; we do not store taxpayer lists, determine delinquency, collect taxes, or sell tax liens. Confirm balances, payment status, deadlines, and fees with the responsible office. A tax-sale list is not a complete list of delinquent accounts.
