How to find the information

The current Treasurer page directs online statements to Tyler iTax, and that entry form was reviewed. Use the Treasurer office at 701-662-7021 for a duplicate statement, unpaid-year history or current payoff.

For an existing delinquent real-property report, parcel account/payment ledger, statement copy or dated payoff, provide the parcel/tax ID if known, tax years, desired as-of date and preferred inspection or electronic-copy format. Ask which principal taxes, interest, penalties, special assessments and costs are included and confirm any copy, certification or extract fee. A statement, recorded lien or sale notice does not certify today’s unpaid balance.

What to ask for

“I am looking for publicly available delinquent real-property tax records for Ramsey County for [tax year]. Which office maintains these records? Is there an online search or downloadable list? If not, how can I request a copy, and what fees apply?”

Have the property address, parcel number, owner name, and tax year ready when searching for a particular property.

County-specific notes

The older map-linked Property Tax Statement Search route now returns an error redirect. The current Treasurer page’s iTax link takes precedence over that legacy route and older statement indexes. No account registration, payment, taxpayer search, records-request submission or owner-list attachment download was performed. This import contains access guidance, not taxpayer rows.

An independent directory, not a government agency.

We help you locate records; we do not store taxpayer lists, determine delinquency, collect taxes, or sell tax liens. Confirm balances, payment status, deadlines, and fees with the responsible office. A tax-sale list is not a complete list of delinquent accounts.
