McIntosh County Treasurer / Property Tax
Tax statement / collection searchHow to find the information
The county Contact Us directory supplies the Treasurer line, 701-288-5146. The map-linked Software Innovations statement service offers tax-year, payer-name, parcel, legal-location and address controls; reviewed year choices were 2018–2023. Request later statements and current unpaid history from the Treasurer.
For an existing delinquent real-property report, parcel account/payment ledger, statement copy or dated payoff, provide the parcel/tax ID if known, tax years, desired as-of date and preferred inspection or electronic-copy format. Ask which principal taxes, interest, penalties, special assessments and costs are included and confirm any copy, certification or extract fee. A statement, recorded lien or sale notice does not certify today’s unpaid balance.
What to ask for
“I am looking for publicly available delinquent real-property tax records for McIntosh County for [tax year]. Which office maintains these records? Is there an online search or downloadable list? If not, how can I request a copy, and what fees apply?”
Have the property address, parcel number, owner name, and tax year ready when searching for a particular property.
County-specific notes
The county site also links Delinquent Tax Information separately. Historical statement-year choices do not establish a current delinquency search, current payoff or complete electronic export. No account registration, payment, taxpayer search, records-request submission or owner-list attachment download was performed. This import contains access guidance, not taxpayer rows.
