PROPERTY TAX RESEARCH, MADE SIMPLER
Logan County, North Dakota
Where to look, which office to contact, and how to request records.
Where to obtain records
Logan County Treasurer / Property Tax
County tax-records access guidanceContact the office for delinquent property tax records. This guide does not confirm an online search or current bill list.
How to find the information
The official Treasurer page publishes 701-754-2286 and 301 Broadway, Napoleon, and explains that both real-estate and mobile-home statements are mailed. Contact the office to establish current inspection/copy procedures for existing delinquency reports or account history.
For an existing delinquent real-property report, parcel account/payment ledger, statement copy or dated payoff, provide the parcel/tax ID if known, tax years, desired as-of date and preferred inspection or electronic-copy format. Ask which principal taxes, interest, penalties, special assessments and costs are included and confirm any copy, certification or extract fee. A statement, recorded lien or sale notice does not certify today’s unpaid balance.
What to ask for
“I am looking for publicly available delinquent real-property tax records for Logan County for [tax year]. Which office maintains these records? Is there an online search or downloadable list? If not, how can I request a copy, and what fees apply?”
Have the property address, parcel number, owner name, and tax year ready when searching for a particular property.
County-specific notes
Contact status: indexed official office guidance was available, but direct page retrieval failed. No native tax form, public unpaid-account database or complete electronic extract was confirmed. No account registration, payment, taxpayer search, records-request submission or owner-list attachment download was performed. This import contains access guidance, not taxpayer rows.
