How to find the information

Property Tax Statements links iTax for current tax information and valuation. It also groups older 2022 and 2023 statement files by surname and supplies Find instructions for those documents. Follow the current iTax navigation for more recent information, or request the collection ledger from Treasury.

For an existing delinquent real-property report, parcel account/payment ledger, statement copy or dated payoff, provide the parcel/tax ID if known, tax years, desired as-of date and preferred inspection or electronic-copy format. Ask which principal taxes, interest, penalties, special assessments and costs are included and confirm any copy, certification or extract fee. A statement, recorded lien or sale notice does not certify today’s unpaid balance.

What to ask for

“I am looking for publicly available delinquent real-property tax records for Emmons County for [tax year]. Which office maintains these records? Is there an online search or downloadable list? If not, how can I request a copy, and what fees apply?”

Have the property address, parcel number, owner name, and tax year ready when searching for a particular property.

County-specific notes

The page’s footer number is not the Treasurer line; 701-254-4802 comes from the county association’s Treasurer directory. Older statement batches and a mill-levy worksheet do not certify a current balance. The office phone/extension is corroborated by the North Dakota Association of Counties Treasurer directory; confirm the current collection counter. No account registration, payment, taxpayer search, records-request submission or owner-list attachment download was performed. This import contains access guidance, not taxpayer rows.

An independent directory, not a government agency.

We help you locate records; we do not store taxpayer lists, determine delinquency, collect taxes, or sell tax liens. Confirm balances, payment status, deadlines, and fees with the responsible office. A tax-sale list is not a complete list of delinquent accounts.
