Dickey County Treasurer / Property Tax

County tax-records access guidance

Contact the office for delinquent property tax records. This guide does not confirm an online search or current bill list.

How to find the information

The official Treasurer page lists 701-349-3249 ext. 6 and dctreasurer@nd.gov, with a separate Tax Payment link. Call to establish how an existing unpaid real-property report, bill copy or account ledger can be inspected or supplied.

For an existing delinquent real-property report, parcel account/payment ledger, statement copy or dated payoff, provide the parcel/tax ID if known, tax years, desired as-of date and preferred inspection or electronic-copy format. Ask which principal taxes, interest, penalties, special assessments and costs are included and confirm any copy, certification or extract fee. A statement, recorded lien or sale notice does not certify today’s unpaid balance.

What to ask for

“I am looking for publicly available delinquent real-property tax records for Dickey County for [tax year]. Which office maintains these records? Is there an online search or downloadable list? If not, how can I request a copy, and what fees apply?”

Have the property address, parcel number, owner name, and tax year ready when searching for a particular property.

County-specific notes

Contact status: the office page confirms a route and payment link, but a complete public delinquency database was not confirmed. The local published extension is used instead of the different county-association direct number. No account registration, payment, taxpayer search, records-request submission or owner-list attachment download was performed. This import contains access guidance, not taxpayer rows.

An independent directory, not a government agency.

We help you locate records; we do not store taxpayer lists, determine delinquency, collect taxes, or sell tax liens. Confirm balances, payment status, deadlines, and fees with the responsible office. A tax-sale list is not a complete list of delinquent accounts.
