Bottineau County Treasurer / Property Tax
Tax statement / collection searchHow to find the information
Treasurer links Property Tax Payments & Information and says it supports PropertyID, owner name, address and section/township/range searches, detailed billing/payment information and highlighted delinquent property status. The linked iTax entry form was reviewed without running a search.
For an existing delinquent real-property report, parcel account/payment ledger, statement copy or dated payoff, provide the parcel/tax ID if known, tax years, desired as-of date and preferred inspection or electronic-copy format. Ask which principal taxes, interest, penalties, special assessments and costs are included and confirm any copy, certification or extract fee. A statement, recorded lien or sale notice does not certify today’s unpaid balance.
What to ask for
“I am looking for publicly available delinquent real-property tax records for Bottineau County for [tax year]. Which office maintains these records? Is there an online search or downloadable list? If not, how can I request a copy, and what fees apply?”
Have the property address, parcel number, owner name, and tax year ready when searching for a particular property.
County-specific notes
The separate Treasurer Office Online Payments link is a payment service. Published 2021–2024 statement attachments and 2025 mobile-home statements have their own year coverage and are not current delinquency lists. No account registration, payment, taxpayer search, records-request submission or owner-list attachment download was performed. This import contains access guidance, not taxpayer rows.
