Adams County Treasurer / Property Tax
Tax statement / collection searchHow to find the information
The map-linked Software Innovations Tax Statements service offers a tax-year selector, payer-name selection, parcel ID, legal-location and property-address controls. On review its tax-year choices were 2020–2023. Select the appropriate available year; request newer statements and unpaid-year history from the Treasurer.
For an existing delinquent real-property report, parcel account/payment ledger, statement copy or dated payoff, provide the parcel/tax ID if known, tax years, desired as-of date and preferred inspection or electronic-copy format. Ask which principal taxes, interest, penalties, special assessments and costs are included and confirm any copy, certification or extract fee. A statement, recorded lien or sale notice does not certify today’s unpaid balance.
What to ask for
“I am looking for publicly available delinquent real-property tax records for Adams County for [tax year]. Which office maintains these records? Is there an online search or downloadable list? If not, how can I request a copy, and what fees apply?”
Have the property address, parcel number, owner name, and tax year ready when searching for a particular property.
County-specific notes
An older statement archive does not establish a current unpaid balance. The linked former Auditor/Treasurer page could not be substantively retrieved; the office phone is supplied by the NDACo directory. The office phone/extension is corroborated by the North Dakota Association of Counties Treasurer directory; confirm the current collection counter. No account registration, payment, taxpayer search, records-request submission or owner-list attachment download was performed. This import contains access guidance, not taxpayer rows.
