How to find the information

The current Treasurer page separates Look Up and Pay Your Property Taxes from Assessor Property Lookup and Clerk Records Search. It publishes the Treasurer line 575-374-2331, physical office at 200 Court Street and mailing address 100 Court Street, Suite 4, Clayton. Request the existing unpaid ledger or dated payoff.

For an existing delinquent real-property report, parcel account/payment ledger, statement copy or dated payoff, provide the county account/owner/parcel ID if known, tax years, desired as-of date and preferred inspection or electronic-copy format. Ask which principal taxes, penalties, interest and county/state costs are included, whether the account is state-referred, and whether recent payments have posted. Confirm any inspection, copy, certification or extract charge. An assessment, recorded lien, payment screen or dated sale list does not certify today’s unpaid balance.

What to ask for

“I am looking for publicly available delinquent real-property tax records for Union County for [tax year]. Which office maintains these records? Is there an online search or downloadable list? If not, how can I request a copy, and what fees apply?”

Have the property address, parcel number, owner name, and tax year ready when searching for a particular property.

County-specific notes

The county-linked lookup entry includes a security-check prompt and says official copies are obtained at the county office. No verification or taxpayer query was attempted. Use the Treasurer line rather than the general county footer contact. No taxpayer query, CAPTCHA verification, account creation, e-billing enrollment, payment or records-request submission was made. No taxpayer rows or owner-list attachments are included.

An independent directory, not a government agency.

We help you locate records; we do not store taxpayer lists, determine delinquency, collect taxes, or sell tax liens. Confirm balances, payment status, deadlines, and fees with the responsible office. A tax-sale list is not a complete list of delinquent accounts.
