San Miguel County Treasurer / Property Tax
County tax-records access guidanceHow to find the information
The current Treasurer’s Office page links View/Pay Taxes and gives 505-425-9377 for assistance with online accounts, alongside a separate office contact ending in 9376. It publishes dated distribution and Authorities Taxes Receivable reports. Request the individual collection ledger or an existing unpaid-account report from Treasury.
For an existing delinquent real-property report, parcel account/payment ledger, statement copy or dated payoff, provide the county account/owner/parcel ID if known, tax years, desired as-of date and preferred inspection or electronic-copy format. Ask which principal taxes, penalties, interest and county/state costs are included, whether the account is state-referred, and whether recent payments have posted. Confirm any inspection, copy, certification or extract charge. An assessment, recorded lien, payment screen or dated sale list does not certify today’s unpaid balance.
What to ask for
“I am looking for publicly available delinquent real-property tax records for San Miguel County for [tax year]. Which office maintains these records? Is there an online search or downloadable list? If not, how can I request a copy, and what fees apply?”
Have the property address, parcel number, owner name, and tax year ready when searching for a particular property.
County-specific notes
Those financial report headings do not establish a parcel-level delinquency list. The page includes older 2025/2026 calendar wording and a typo; no deadline is adopted here. This is San Miguel County, New Mexico, not San Miguel County, Colorado. No taxpayer query, CAPTCHA verification, account creation, e-billing enrollment, payment or records-request submission was made. No taxpayer rows or owner-list attachments are included.
