How to find the information

Treasurer separates Look Up from its payment service. The county-linked lookup offers owner number/name, bill number, ZIP, property code and physical-address navigation; an Owner Number input was reviewed. Use 575-396-8643 for an existing unpaid-year ledger or current payoff.

For an existing delinquent real-property report, parcel account/payment ledger, statement copy or dated payoff, provide the county account/owner/parcel ID if known, tax years, desired as-of date and preferred inspection or electronic-copy format. Ask which principal taxes, penalties, interest and county/state costs are included, whether the account is state-referred, and whether recent payments have posted. Confirm any inspection, copy, certification or extract charge. An assessment, recorded lien, payment screen or dated sale list does not certify today’s unpaid balance.

What to ask for

“I am looking for publicly available delinquent real-property tax records for Lea County for [tax year]. Which office maintains these records? Is there an online search or downloadable list? If not, how can I request a copy, and what fees apply?”

Have the property address, parcel number, owner name, and tax year ready when searching for a particular property.

County-specific notes

The office page contains inconsistent installment-date wording, so no current deadline is adopted here. An inspected entry field and a payment link do not establish complete historical coverage, query results or a full delinquency export. No taxpayer query, CAPTCHA verification, account creation, e-billing enrollment, payment or records-request submission was made. No taxpayer rows or owner-list attachments are included.

An independent directory, not a government agency.

We help you locate records; we do not store taxpayer lists, determine delinquency, collect taxes, or sell tax liens. Confirm balances, payment status, deadlines, and fees with the responsible office. A tax-sale list is not a complete list of delinquent accounts.
