Office contact guidance

Contact the office for delinquent property tax records. This guide does not confirm an online search or current bill list.

How to find the information

The current Treasurer page and county contact directory identify 575-673-2928 and treasurer@hardingcounty.org. Announcements & Forms separately lists property-tax payment notices, manufactured-mobile-home information and a notice for taxes delinquent two years or more. Call for existing account records and inspection/copy arrangements.

For an existing delinquent real-property report, parcel account/payment ledger, statement copy or dated payoff, provide the county account/owner/parcel ID if known, tax years, desired as-of date and preferred inspection or electronic-copy format. Ask which principal taxes, penalties, interest and county/state costs are included, whether the account is state-referred, and whether recent payments have posted. Confirm any inspection, copy, certification or extract charge. An assessment, recorded lien, payment screen or dated sale list does not certify today’s unpaid balance.

What to ask for

“I am looking for publicly available delinquent real-property tax records for Harding County for [tax year]. Which office maintains these records? Is there an online search or downloadable list? If not, how can I request a copy, and what fees apply?”

Have the property address, parcel number, owner name, and tax year ready when searching for a particular property.

County-specific notes

Contact status: published office/notice routes were confirmed, but a public unpaid-account search or complete electronic extract was not. The general county footer ends in 2927 and is not the Treasurer’s direct number; notice attachments were not downloaded. No taxpayer query, CAPTCHA verification, account creation, e-billing enrollment, payment or records-request submission was made. No taxpayer rows or owner-list attachments are included.

We help you locate records; we do not store taxpayer lists, determine delinquency, collect taxes, or sell tax liens. Confirm balances, payment status, deadlines, and fees with the responsible office. A tax-sale list is not a complete list of delinquent accounts.
