Where to obtain records
Grant County Treasurer / Property Tax
County tax-records access guidanceHow to find the information
Treasurer separates Account Search from a newly implemented online payment system and asks users to update old payment bookmarks. Account Search links a county-specific EagleWeb service whose Help describes account/parcel, owner-name, address and legal-location options. Use Treasury at 575-574-0055 for missing unpaid-year history.
For an existing delinquent real-property report, parcel account/payment ledger, statement copy or dated payoff, provide the county account/owner/parcel ID if known, tax years, desired as-of date and preferred inspection or electronic-copy format. Ask which principal taxes, penalties, interest and county/state costs are included, whether the account is state-referred, and whether recent payments have posted. Confirm any inspection, copy, certification or extract charge. An assessment, recorded lien, payment screen or dated sale list does not certify today’s unpaid balance.
What to ask for
“I am looking for publicly available delinquent real-property tax records for Grant County for [tax year]. Which office maintains these records? Is there an online search or downloadable list? If not, how can I request a copy, and what fees apply?”
Have the property address, parcel number, owner name, and tax year ready when searching for a particular property.
County-specific notes
An assessor property-card search is a different route. Published Help and welcome pages were reviewed; no native taxpayer query, result delivery or complete delinquency extract was tested. The office phone is corroborated by the state Taxation and Revenue County Officials directory; confirm the current property-tax counter. No taxpayer query, CAPTCHA verification, account creation, e-billing enrollment, payment or records-request submission was made. No taxpayer rows or owner-list attachments are included.
