How to find the information

The current Treasurer page identifies 505-285-2522 and links its tax portal. Its FAQs say anyone wishing to check whether taxes were paid may call Treasury. The page announces that the portal is back in service, but its linked entry could not be substantively retrieved during this review.

For an existing delinquent real-property report, parcel account/payment ledger, statement copy or dated payoff, provide the county account/owner/parcel ID if known, tax years, desired as-of date and preferred inspection or electronic-copy format. Ask which principal taxes, penalties, interest and county/state costs are included, whether the account is state-referred, and whether recent payments have posted. Confirm any inspection, copy, certification or extract charge. An assessment, recorded lien, payment screen or dated sale list does not certify today’s unpaid balance.

What to ask for

“I am looking for publicly available delinquent real-property tax records for Cibola County for [tax year]. Which office maintains these records? Is there an online search or downloadable list? If not, how can I request a copy, and what fees apply?”

Have the property address, parcel number, owner name, and tax year ready when searching for a particular property.

County-specific notes

Use the locally published Treasurer number and 700 East Roosevelt, Suite 50, Grants, rather than the state directory’s older number/address. A failed retrieval does not establish permanent unavailability; request the existing ledger or dated balance through Treasury. No taxpayer query, CAPTCHA verification, account creation, e-billing enrollment, payment or records-request submission was made. No taxpayer rows or owner-list attachments are included.

An independent directory, not a government agency.

We help you locate records; we do not store taxpayer lists, determine delinquency, collect taxes, or sell tax liens. Confirm balances, payment status, deadlines, and fees with the responsible office. A tax-sale list is not a complete list of delinquent accounts.
