How to find the information

The county-owned Treasurer portal offers Property Tax Search and links Pay Your Property Taxes to the Bernalillo PayDici service. The county-owned portal displayed a maintenance message at review, while the separate county-linked payment landing and tax-bill entry pages were reachable. Use the Treasurer for account history or a dated unpaid amount.

For an existing delinquent real-property report, parcel account/payment ledger, statement copy or dated payoff, provide the county account/owner/parcel ID if known, tax years, desired as-of date and preferred inspection or electronic-copy format. Ask which principal taxes, penalties, interest and county/state costs are included, whether the account is state-referred, and whether recent payments have posted. Confirm any inspection, copy, certification or extract charge. An assessment, recorded lien, payment screen or dated sale list does not certify today’s unpaid balance.

What to ask for

“I am looking for publicly available delinquent real-property tax records for Bernalillo County for [tax year]. Which office maintains these records? Is there an online search or downloadable list? If not, how can I request a copy, and what fees apply?”

Have the property address, parcel number, owner name, and tax year ready when searching for a particular property.

County-specific notes

The maintenance message is a review-time observation, not a claim that all county tax services are unavailable. The payment pages did not expose substantive native search fields in the retrieved content; no taxpayer query was tested. The office phone is corroborated by the state Taxation and Revenue County Officials directory; confirm the current property-tax counter. No taxpayer query, CAPTCHA verification, account creation, e-billing enrollment, payment or records-request submission was made. No taxpayer rows or owner-list attachments are included.

An independent directory, not a government agency.

We help you locate records; we do not store taxpayer lists, determine delinquency, collect taxes, or sell tax liens. Confirm balances, payment status, deadlines, and fees with the responsible office. A tax-sale list is not a complete list of delinquent accounts.
