How to find the information

Use the county’s Cities & Towns directory and choose the local government where the property lies. Lebanon’s Tax Collections page is a reviewed municipal example and links its NH Tax Kiosk. It covers Lebanon, not the county’s other towns. For current unpaid balances or an existing delinquent real-property report, request records from the responsible local collector. State the municipality/place, parcel or map/lot identifier if known, tax years, desired as-of date and preferred electronic-copy or inspection format. Ask about existing files and any copy/export or certification fees. For recorded liens, identify the owner name and approximate recording dates or known book/page, then check related releases and confirm present status with the collector. Lebanon example (only that municipality): https://lebanonnh.gov/222/Tax-Collections; phone 603-448-3054.

What to ask for

“I am looking for publicly available delinquent real-property tax records for Grafton County for [tax year]. Which office maintains these records? Is there an online search or downloadable list? If not, how can I request a copy, and what fees apply?”

Have the property address, parcel number, owner name, and tax year ready when searching for a particular property.

County-specific notes

Lebanon publishes separate tax-collection and assessing functions. Use the collector for current/past bills and payment information rather than treating GIS or assessed value as an unpaid balance. For Livermore or another unusual jurisdiction, confirm the responsible collector before requesting an extract. The Grafton Registry, 3855 Dartmouth College Highway, North Haverhill, provides recorded-document search navigation including AVA and Tapestry. Its advertised historical land-record coverage does not establish equally complete municipal payment histories. New Hampshire generally collects property taxes municipally; a recorded lien is historical evidence and does not by itself certify a present unpaid balance. Reviewed status applies to access guidance only. No taxpayer query, payment, registration or records request was submitted, and no taxpayer rows are republished.

An independent directory, not a government agency.

We help you locate records; we do not store taxpayer lists, determine delinquency, collect taxes, or sell tax liens. Confirm balances, payment status, deadlines, and fees with the responsible office. A tax-sale list is not a complete list of delinquent accounts.
