How to find the information

Use Carroll County Towns to identify the correct local government, then contact that town’s Tax Collector. The directory includes older municipal web addresses; for Conway, use the current conwaynh.gov Town Clerk & Tax Collector page reviewed here. For current unpaid balances or an existing delinquent real-property report, request records from the responsible local collector. State the municipality/place, parcel or map/lot identifier if known, tax years, desired as-of date and preferred electronic-copy or inspection format. Ask about existing files and any copy/export or certification fees. For recorded liens, identify the owner name and approximate recording dates or known book/page, then check related releases and confirm present status with the collector. Conway example (only that municipality): https://conwaynh.gov/pages/town-clerk-tax-collector; phone 603-447-3811.

What to ask for

“I am looking for publicly available delinquent real-property tax records for Carroll County for [tax year]. Which office maintains these records? Is there an online search or downloadable list? If not, how can I request a copy, and what fees apply?”

Have the property address, parcel number, owner name, and tax year ready when searching for a particular property.

County-specific notes

Conway’s current Bill Pay page links the NH Tax Kiosk for property taxes. That service is Conway-specific; neither its account results nor complete historical coverage was tested. For Hale’s Location, which the directory lists without a municipal link, ask the county which collection office currently holds the account instead of assuming Conway handles it. The Registry is at 95 Water Village Road, Ossipee. Its AVA route is explicitly index-only and free; its home page says images use Tapestry with a verified credit card or Laredo Anywhere for account holders. Do not assume a free index includes free document images. New Hampshire generally collects property taxes municipally; a recorded lien is historical evidence and does not by itself certify a present unpaid balance. Reviewed status applies to access guidance only. No taxpayer query, payment, registration or records request was submitted, and no taxpayer rows are republished.

An independent directory, not a government agency.

We help you locate records; we do not store taxpayer lists, determine delinquency, collect taxes, or sell tax liens. Confirm balances, payment status, deadlines, and fees with the responsible office. A tax-sale list is not a complete list of delinquent accounts.
