How to find the information

Open Delinquent Parcels Report and select the appropriate dated list: the index advertises a 2026 countywide list and older fiscal-year lists split between Pahrump and Outside Pahrump. Check the document’s own year and as-of date. For individual account research, use REAL Property Inquiry from the Treasurer’s office page. Confirm current payment status and any updated delinquency report with the office. For an existing delinquent real-estate report or year-by-year tax history, contact the Nye County Treasurer/collection office at 775-482-8147. Specify the fiscal years, report as-of date, real-estate scope and preferred electronic-copy or inspection format. Ask which existing records are available and request any copy, certification or export fee estimate before ordering. Published office email: treasurer@nyecountynv.gov. Published office address: P.O. Box 473, Tonopah, NV 89049; office: 101 Radar Road.

What to ask for

“I am looking for publicly available delinquent real-property tax records for Nye County for [tax year]. Which office maintains these records? Is there an online search or downloadable list? If not, how can I request a copy, and what fees apply?”

Have the property address, parcel number, owner name, and tax year ready when searching for a particular property.

County-specific notes

The index labels a 2026 Delinquent Tax List for Nye County and older lists split between Pahrump and Outside Pahrump. Only index labels/links were reviewed, not owner-level PDF contents or continuing delinquency. The page explicitly says Nye County Does Not Issue Delinquent Tax Lien Certificates. The Treasurer separately links REAL Property Inquiry; do not substitute the Assessor’s business/equipment/personal-property inquiry for the real-property collection roll. The Pahrump Treasurer office is also published at 775-751-4200. Verification concerns the source/access guide, not taxpayer balances. No taxpayer query, account registration, payment, record export or owner-list republication was performed. Unpaid current installments, delinquent accounts, trustee/deeded properties, sale offerings and excess proceeds have different scopes.

An independent directory, not a government agency.

We help you locate records; we do not store taxpayer lists, determine delinquency, collect taxes, or sell tax liens. Confirm balances, payment status, deadlines, and fees with the responsible office. A tax-sale list is not a complete list of delinquent accounts.
