How to find the information

Use the Treasurer-linked Real Property Records search and enter an account/property identifier, owner name or location in the visible search box. Review the correct real-property tax account and relevant fiscal years. A delinquent-only filter, detailed historical scope and bulk export were not confirmed. For an existing delinquent real-estate report or year-by-year tax history, contact the Lincoln County Treasurer/collection office at 775-962-8074. Specify the fiscal years, report as-of date, real-estate scope and preferred electronic-copy or inspection format. Ask which existing records are available and request any copy, certification or export fee estimate before ordering. Published office address: P.O. Box 416, Pioche, NV 89043; office: 181 N. Main Street, Suite 204.

What to ask for

“I am looking for publicly available delinquent real-property tax records for Lincoln County for [tax year]. Which office maintains these records? Is there an online search or downloadable list? If not, how can I request a copy, and what fees apply?”

Have the property address, parcel number, owner name, and tax year ready when searching for a particular property.

County-specific notes

The Treasurer’s Property Taxes page links Pay Property Taxes to this county-hosted search. The inspected page offers a simple real-property tax search by ID, name or location; no delinquent-balance range was confirmed. Published guidance describes annual delinquency advertising and a trustee/redemption process; request the relevant dated publication from the Treasurer rather than treating an auction offering as the complete delinquency roll. Verification concerns the source/access guide, not taxpayer balances. No taxpayer query, account registration, payment, record export or owner-list republication was performed. Unpaid current installments, delinquent accounts, trustee/deeded properties, sale offerings and excess proceeds have different scopes.

An independent directory, not a government agency.

We help you locate records; we do not store taxpayer lists, determine delinquency, collect taxes, or sell tax liens. Confirm balances, payment status, deadlines, and fees with the responsible office. A tax-sale list is not a complete list of delinquent accounts.
